Rodent Control
Rats, mice and other rodents invade your home looking for food, shelter and water. You can help keep rodents away by not leaving food and dirty dishes out, storing food properly, emptying your garbage cans nightly and cleaning crumbs off the kitchen counters. But you may have exterior entry points that you aren’t aware of. We are trained to find those entry points and properly seal them off to prevent rodents from entering your home.
If you are having issues with these pests, or want to prevent these rodents from entering your home in the first place, we will come out to inspect your home and customize a plan for rodent removal and ongoing protection.
OUR PROCESS
1. Initial Inspection
We begin with a thorough on-site inspection to identify the type of rodent, assess the level of infestation, and locate nesting areas and entry points. This allows us to tailor our treatment approach for maximum effectiveness.
2. Proofing & Prevention Advice
We’ll advise you on how to prevent future infestations by highlighting structural vulnerabilities, poor waste management, or food sources that may be attracting rodents. Our technicians can also carry out or recommend professional proofing to seal up entry points and reduce access.
3. Safe & Targeted Treatment
Depending on the situation, we’ll use a combination of bait stations, traps, and rodenticides (where necessary and compliant with UK pest control regulations) to quickly and humanely eliminate the rodents. We always prioritise safety for pets, children, and non-target species..
4. Ongoing Monitoring
In some cases, we may need to carry out follow-up visits to monitor bait stations, remove trapped rodents, and adjust treatment methods if necessary. We’ll work closely with you to ensure the infestation is fully resolved.
5. Post-Treatment Report & Prevention Plan
Once the infestation is under control, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining what was done, what was found, and any further recommendations. We also offer advice on long-term deterrents, including regular inspections and maintenance where appropriate..
