Steve is a fully accredited member of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) and is qualified to the industry‑recognised RSPH Level 2 standard. Behind the scenes, if Steve is unable to take your initial call, you may be greeted by Wendy, who provides all back‑office and administrative support. Her friendly approach, organisation, and efficiency help keep the business running smoothly and ensure every enquiry is handled promptly.
We are also delighted to introduce Ben, the newest member of our team and a fully qualified pest control technician. Ben brings with him a particular expertise in all things bed bugs, offering advanced identification, treatment, and prevention strategies. He also plays a key role in keeping the team up to date with new legislation and industry developments, helping us maintain best practice across every area of our work.
