All treatments are customised to ensure effective control of the wasp nest, based on its location and we are able to offer expert advice to help prevent another problem in the future.
OUR PROCESS
1. Initial Survey and Risk Assessment
Our experienced pest control technicians will carry out a thorough survey to locate the nest, assess the level of activity, and identify any potential risks to people or pets. We take into account the size and location of the nest and the surrounding environment to determine the safest and most effective approach.
2. Safe Treatment Application
Once the nest has been located and assessed, we apply a fast-acting insecticidal treatment directly to the nest. This is typically done using a professional-grade insecticide dust or spray, applied using specialist equipment to ensure the treatment reaches deep into the nest. The product is highly effective and eliminates the wasps quickly, usually within a few hours.
3. Monitoring and Advice
In most cases, there is no need to physically remove the nest once the wasps have been eradicated, as it will not be reused in future years. However, if the nest is in a high-traffic area or causing structural issues, we can safely remove and dispose of it. Our technician will also provide aftercare advice to help prevent future wasp activity, including sealing up entry points and identifying attractants.
4. Post-Treatment Report & Prevention Plan
Once the infestation is under control, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining what was done, what was found, and any further recommendations. We also offer advice on long-term deterrents, including regular inspections and maintenance where appropriate.
